AI for Business

Put AI to work in your Perth business.

Everyone's telling you to "use AI" but nobody's actually showing you how. I spend a day or two inside your business setting up the tools, automations and processes that save you time, then I train you and your team to run them yourselves. Packages start at a fixed $2,990, paid once, with nothing to pay month to month.

What this is

A done-for-you AI setup, not another subscription.

Most small businesses know AI could save them hours every week — writing quotes, answering emails, drafting content, summarising documents, chasing paperwork. The problem isn't the technology. It's knowing which tools to use, how to set them up safely, and how to build them into the way you already work.

That's what I do. I come and sit with you, in person or over a video call, and look at how your business actually runs, then set up the AI tools and automations around the way you already work rather than around some YouTube tutorial. By the end, you and your team are using it day to day, with a simple written guide so nothing depends on remembering what I said.

I use this stuff every day to run Milk — this very website was built with AI in the loop. I'm not selling theory; I'm setting up the same systems I rely on myself.

What I can set up

Real AI automations, built around how you already work.

Email & enquiries

Draft replies, triage enquiries, and turn rambling customer emails into clear action items — in your tone of voice.

Quotes & documents

Generate quotes, proposals, job sheets and reports from a few bullet points instead of an hour of typing.

Marketing & content

Social posts, blog articles, Google Business updates and newsletters — drafted by AI, approved by you.

Meetings & notes

Automatic meeting summaries, action lists and follow-up emails — so nothing gets forgotten after the call.

Admin automations

Connect the tools you already use — forms, spreadsheets, invoicing, job management — so data moves itself.

Knowledge assistant

An AI that knows your prices, policies and processes — so staff get instant answers instead of asking you.

How it works

Two days from "we should use AI" to actually using it.

Day one — audit & setup. We walk through how your business runs: where the hours go, what gets typed twice, what gets forgotten. Then I set up the right AI tools on your own accounts and build the first automations around your biggest time-sinks.

Day two — automate & train. I finish and test the automations, write plain-English playbooks and ready-to-use prompts for your team, and run a training session so everyone knows what to use, when, and what not to put into it.

After that you get 30 days of follow-up support while it beds in. If something isn't sticking, I'll fix it.

  • Runs on your accounts — you own everything
  • Works with the tools you already have
  • Clear rules on privacy and client data
  • A one-off price, with nothing ongoing to pay
  • Suits trades, clinics, agencies, retail & more
  • On-site in Perth or remote anywhere
Already got systems in place?

Custom builds & integrations for the tools you already use.

Most businesses aren't starting from scratch. You've already got a booking system, a CRM, a job-management tool or an online store, and usually the software itself isn't the problem. It's the gaps between it: the steps still done by hand, the tools that don't talk to each other, the one feature it just won't do. That's what I build.

Connect your tools

Integrate the platforms you already pay for so data moves itself, instead of being re-typed from one into another.

Fill the feature gaps

Build the missing piece your current platform won't do, instead of ripping it out and starting again.

AI on top of your data

Layer AI onto the systems you already run, using your real prices, jobs, customers and documents so the answers are actually right.

Custom builds

When off-the-shelf can't cut it, a bespoke tool, portal or automation built around the way you actually work.

Every business is different, so this work is scoped per job. We start with a short discovery call to map what you've got and where the gaps are, then I come back with a fixed quote.

Questions

AI for business, without the buzzwords.

Straight answers to what business owners actually ask.

Do I need to be technical?
No. That's the whole point — I do the setup, and the training is in plain English. If you can use email, you can use what I leave you with.
What tools do you set up?
Whatever fits your business — typically tools like Claude or ChatGPT for the day-to-day work, plus automation platforms to connect your existing software. I'm not affiliated with any of them; I recommend what's right for the job, set up on your own accounts.
What about privacy and client data?
Part of every setup is a clear set of guardrails: which tools are safe for what, what should never be pasted into AI, and account settings configured so your data isn't used for training. You get this in writing.
Will this actually save me time?
If you spend time writing quotes, emails, posts or reports — yes, usually hours per week. We target your biggest time-sinks first, so the setup pays for itself quickly. If I don't think AI will genuinely help your business, I'll tell you before you spend a cent.
What happens after the setup?
You get 30 days of follow-up support included. After that, everything runs on your accounts with your playbooks — you're not locked into anything. Plenty of clients book a follow-up day later to automate the next layer, but that's up to you.
Remote or on-site — which should I pick?
On-site is the one I recommend if you're in Perth: two days working alongside your team means I see how your business actually runs, set things up at every desk, and train everyone in person. Remote works well for simpler setups or businesses outside Perth — same audit, tools and playbooks, delivered over video calls. Both are flat-fee because "contact us for pricing" is annoying.
